• RMA business hours are between 10:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs
• To replace a defective product, you must first obtain an RMA number from our RMA Department using our RMA Form
• Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when completing the RMA Form: Invoice number, Reason for return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned.
• All RMAs must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and RMA number must be written on the package. All packages without a valid RMA number will be refused.
• All RMA numbers are valid for five business days from the date of issue, therefore the merchandise must be shipped back to DMI within five days from the time the RMA number was issued.
• In case of defective merchandise customers have 3 business days from the delivery date to obtain an RMA number for a full refund. Requests received after  the third business day will be accepted for replacement ONLY.
• Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
• All included accessories must be returned, i.e. cables, fan, manuals, etc.
• In most cases you will receive the replacement product within seven business days, however under certain circumstances, this process may take longer than seven days.
