- Dallas Memory Int'l does advise on what product is compatible with your
system; please contact our Sales Department toll free (888) 524-5951 or via email at sales@dallasmemory.com with compatibility questions.
Dallas Memory Int'l
will not be held liable if you order the wrong product, no exceptions.
- Most orders are shipped the same day. However, we have a 24-hour
processing policy, which means that in case of high volume of orders it
might take us one business day to process your order; therefore, it will
be shipped out the next business day. Please note that back-ordered, drop-ship, and special-order items may take longer to ship.
- Prices are final at the time of purchase.
- Shipping is done via Federal Express only.
- Signature is required for all packages. No
exceptions.
- Shipping prices are calculated for 48
continental states only. Please call us for rates for all other areas.
- An additional fee of $10.00 will be applied in
the event of the address correction, change, or if the address provided
was not valid or incomplete.
- Shipping & Handling charges are
non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any discrepancies in the order received must be
reported to Dallas Memory Int'l within 24 hours.
- Advanced replacements are no longer offered by Dallas Memory Int'l.

| Payment Information |
- We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express
and Discover credit cards.
- We accept prearranged Wire Transfers and COD
payments*. COD payments must be in a form of Cashiers Check or Money
Order.
- We offer NET Terms to Government, Educational
and Healthcare Institutions, and other qualified applicants.
- For your protection we thoroughly investigate
the validity of ALL credit cards. To avoid possible delays, it is
preferable to ship to a credit cards billing address. However, if you
prefer to ship to a location other than your billing address, the
shipping address MUST be registered with the credit cards issuing bank.
You can do that by simply calling the Customer Service number on the
back of the credit card.
- Once the Credit Card is charged, cancelled
orders will be charged a $25.00 or 5% of the total order amount
(whichever is greater), order cancellation fee.
- Once the order is shipped, cancelled orders
will be charged $ 10.00 re-routing charge.
- All refused shipments are subject to 20%
Restocking fee.
- All COD shipments must be secured with a valid credit card. There is $
10.50 COD Return Charge in addition to regular shipping charges.

| Warranty Information |
- All warranties are valid from the original
purchase date, including replacements.
- 90 days warranty applies to all OEM CPUs,
unless otherwise stated.
- 3-year warranty applies to all Retail Boxed
Intel and AMD CPUs and is handled directly by the manufacturer.
- Physical Damage will void ALL Warranties. No
exceptions.
- If the package is delivered with signs of
physical damage or abuse, it should be reported to us immediately upon
receipt.
- Abuse or misuse of the product will void ALL
Warranties.
- Warranty excludes 'Acts of God' causes of damage, i.e. lightning,
storms, dropping or mishandling the product, and other accidental causes.

RMA Policy & Procedures |
- RMA business hours are between 10:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs
- To replace a defective product, you must first obtain an RMA number from our
RMA Department using our RMA Form
- Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an
RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when completing the
RMA Form: Invoice
number, Reason for return and course of action sought on the merchandise
to be returned.
- All RMAs must be accompanied by a copy of the
original invoice and RMA number must be written on the package. All
packages without a valid RMA number will be refused.
- All RMA numbers are valid for five business
days from the date of issue, therefore the merchandise must be shipped
back to DMI within five days from the time the RMA number was issued.
- In case of defective merchandise customers have
3 business days from the delivery date to obtain an RMA number for a
full refund. Requests received after the third business day will
be accepted for replacement ONLY.
- Packages refused at the time of delivery will
be considered a return and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- All included accessories must be returned, i.e.
cables, fan, manuals, etc.
- In most cases you will receive the replacement product within seven
business days, however under certain circumstances, this process may take
longer than seven days.
